01 — Deposit

50% on booking to lock in your dates. Balance due one month before arrival.

02 — Security deposit

€3,000 pre-authorized on your card at arrival (no actual charge). Released within 7 days after departure, following the inventory check.

03 — Cancellation

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival. After that, specific terms on request — we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

What exactly is included in the rental? +
The rental includes the entire chalet (4,850 sq ft), all 10 bedrooms, the Family Room, the wood-fired hot tub (3 bundles of wood included), the garden and terrace, private parking, cotton/sateen linens, beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning, and fiber Wi-Fi. The outdoor sauna will open in autumn 2026.
Can we book for less than a week? +
During peak season (Christmas and February school holidays), the minimum stay is one week, Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year, we gladly consider stays of 3 to 6 nights. Write to us with your dates and we'll reply within 24 hours.
Is the private chef included? +
No, the private chef is part of our à la carte services. We work with a selection of local chefs who come to the chalet for custom dinners. From €90 per person for a 3-course menu. Details on the à la carte services page.
Can we bring a pet? +
To preserve the comfort of all our guests (especially those with allergies) and the upkeep of the chalet, pets are not allowed at Arpian.
Is there a minimum number of guests? +
No, the rate is the same whether you're 8 or 15 in the main chalet. Arpian is designed for tribes, but we also welcome families who simply want the space of an entire chalet. From 16 guests onwards, the neighboring apartment La Bergerie de l'Arpian (up to 8 additional guests) is automatically included, with a corresponding rate supplement. Here, luxury is space and freedom.
How does arrival work? +
Our local concierge welcomes you personally from 4 p.m. They walk you through the chalet, its features (wood-fired hot tub, arcade, kitchen) and remain reachable throughout your stay. We remain in touch remotely for any specific request.
