My grandparents built this hotel before Valmorel even existed. It lived through five decades before Louise and I took over the house and made it Arpian.

Ten bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. A 4,850 sq ft main chalet across four floors, designed to host a large tribe with ease. For larger groups, an adjacent apartment sleeping eight extends our capacity — just steps away, so everyone stays close.

Add to that a Family Room born from the former nightclub, a wood-fired hot tub for eight, an outdoor sauna opening this fall, a fully equipped family kitchen ready to welcome our private chef, a long table for shared meals, and a sun-drenched living room. Arpian is built for those who want to come together — without compromising on hotel comfort or a chalet's intimacy.

lives on.

Arcade machine, foosball table, home cinema, original stone bar, a neon sign with the chalet's logo. The space that made Valmorel dance in the early '80s now makes your kids laugh — and becomes your private nightclub at night.

On the terrace, facing the peaks, a hot tub for eight. Wood-fired — slower, more beautiful. You light it at 5 p.m., you step in at 7. In between, you talk.
